Tickets

When will tickets be available?
Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can purchase per transaction?

No limit on the amount of tickets you can purchase.

Do I have to buy a ticket for my child?

Every person (including children) in attendance must have a purchased ticket.

Childcare is provided during each performance for infants thru Pre-K aged children. Childcare is available for the performances only, opening 30 minutes before and closing 30 minutes after each performance.

Is it reserved seating?

Yes, all seats are reserved

Location & Times

Where is The Atlanta Christmas Musical held?

All performances of The Atlanta Christmas Musical will be held in the Worship Center of First Baptist Church Woodstock. To view a map to the church, click here.

When are the performances?

Performances will take place December 8th and 9th.
Saturday, December 8th at 3:00PM & 6:30PM.
Sunday, December 9th at 3:00PM & 6:30PM.

The running time of each performance is approximately one-and-a-half hours. The Worship Center will open 60 minutes prior to each presentation.

Pricing

How much do tickets cost?

Tickets range from $10 to $20 per ticket depending on your seating preference in the auditorium.

Are there additional charges?

There will be a $1.00 processing fee for each ticket.

Are there refunds or exchanges for tickets?

No. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges. If you cannot use your tickets for some reason, we suggest that you give them to someone else.

Will my online credit card transaction be secure?

Yes. Credit card transactions are processed with industry-standard security methods, and credit card numbers are NOT stored in our system.

Miscellaneous Questions

Our church loves to bring a large group to this event. How does that work?

We are delighted to welcome large groups and we can very easily accommodate. Discounts are provided for groups of 20 or more receive a 10% discount. We suggest purchasing tickets as soon as possible to allow your group to sit together for the performance.

May I take pictures?

No. We do not allow personal video equipment or cameras of any kind in the Worship Center. The flashes from cameras, as well as the power/recording lights on video cameras, are distracting to the performers and can actually be dangerous for them. Photography/video equipment also hinders the enjoyment of other guests watching the performance.

Do you use special effects?

Strobe lights, fog, loud noises and other special effects are used during the performance.

Do you provide translation for the hearing impaired?

Yes, our Deaf Ministry will provide translation during the Sunday, December 9th performance at 3:00PM.
